Industrial Management & Training Institute (IMTI)
Adon Burrell Racing is proud to have the Industrial Management & Training Institute on board the #33. Founded in 1985 and based in Waterbury, CT, IMTI is a trade and technical school serving the Waterbury, Danbury, Bridgeport, Bristol, and New Haven areas. The school offers hands-on full technician programs in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, combining practical training with in-depth coursework so students build real-world skills for long-term careers in the skilled trades. With small class sizes, licensed instructors, and one-on-one instruction, IMTI is approved by the State of Connecticut Office of Higher Education, recognized by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), and accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC). The skilled trades are the backbone of motorsports, so we’re proud to support a school that’s training the next generation of technicians right here in our community.

American Legion | Be the One
Our partnership with the American Legion’s Be the One initiative is one we carry with pride on the #33. Be the One is the American Legion’s mission to reduce the number of veterans and servicemembers who die by suicide. The initiative leads the effort to reduce the stigma associated with mental health treatment, encouraging open conversation, checking in on those who served, and making sure no veteran feels they are struggling alone.
For Adon Burrell Racing, supporting Be the One is more than a logo on the car, it’s a commitment to using our platform at the track and in the community to raise awareness, start conversations, and connect veterans with the resources and support they’ve earned. Every lap we run is a chance to honor those who served and remind them that it’s okay to not be okay.
